Block Booking 3 days for 1 week up to 10 hours a day £17.00

Block Booking 3/4 days a week for 2/3/4 weeks up to 10 hours a day £15.00

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment

All bookings for dogs must be paid for in advance. If the required payment is not received either by bank transfer or cash brought to Sawtry Doggy Day Care then we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refuse entry of your dog. No further bookings will be taken from you or for your dog in the future. **DUE TO COVIDE-19 IF PAYING BY CASH THEN PLEASE PLACE THE MONEY IN A SMALL PLASTIC BAG**

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full refund if cancelled more than 4 days prior to arrival

50% refund if cancelled between 72 - 48 hours prior to arrival

No refund given if within 48 hours prior to arrival unless evidence of an emergency or holiday cancellation if provided.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

• If evidence is provided that due to covid-19 you have been told to self isolate or anyone in your household has ben told to self isolate then a full refund will be given at any stage
